The 'spaghetti jar' 

In the beginning, there is a flower. Secretly holding its precious and delicate flavor. The fruit, still green (Kijani) is transformed into a deep and luscious dark brown bean: Vanilla. Vanilla is used in many dishes but also to make delicious milk tea with. This upcycled glass jar looks beautiful with spaghetti stored in it.

Female empowerment

We believe in gender equality and female empowerment. 60% of the Chako artisans are female. Furthermore we focus on unemployed youth and create knowledge.

Upcycled

This product is made out of one bottle from the more than 2 million bottles we collect in one year in Zanzibar.
