1. Order procedure & payment terms
Upon the receipt of a customer’s order, we will send the customer a “Pro Forma” invoice. This will have to be confirmed by the
customer with the issue of a Purchase Order.
Clients are requested to provides us with their EU VAT ID number. Without EU VAT ID number we will add (21%) Dutch VAT to
A 100% advance payment is required for all orders. Upon receipt of payment, we will dispatch the ordered products from our
warehouse in the Netherlands. Our fulfillment partner will send you a shipping offer. Shipping cost will be borne by the client.
All goods remain the legal and beneficial property of WEZA* until full payment has been received.
2. Minimum order value
Minimum order value for wholesale orders in the EU is Euro 350.
Minimum order quantities per item are based on our packing units per item (please refer to our packaging details).
3. Packing details
All shipments are packed according to our standard packing units (these are listed above in our catalogue).
4. Terms of delivery
We are normally able to process orders within 7 working days. The lead-time for each order is dependent on the order volume
and stock availability. If an item ordered in stock, we will inform the client and let them know when it will be available.
5. Product quality
Chako prides itself with its reputation for good quality. We shall always strive to produce to the best quality possible. All
products will undergo a 100% quality control check before dispatch. Since all our products are hand-made, slight variations can occur. Such variations are therefore not a reason for rejection and cancelation of an order. On the contrary, the serve to underline the hand-made aspect of the products, making each piece unique.
6. Damage claims
Chako must be notified of any shortages or damage to goods received within 7 days of receipt of goods. Customers must
provide evidence in the form of a details description and photos of the damage. Chako will replace any missing of damaged

Chako has the sole rights to all the designs of all its products and as such these should not be copied in any form whatsoever.
8. All EU orders will be handled by our EU fulfillment partner WEZA* based in the Netherlands.
